Just days after our Presidential election, the Chinese began their process of appointing a new leader. In a meeting that happens every ten years, two thousand delegates are gathered in Beijing for 18th Communist Party Congress, from which the new president will be formally announced — it looks like it will be current vice president Xi Jinping.
